Refund policy
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR REFUNDED
At Elnaē, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind and request a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original state and packaging upon return inspection.
- Items showing signs of wear will not be refunded.
- Promotional or sale items are neither returnable nor exchangeable. For promotions as a set (e.g., buy 3 pieces of jewelry get 1 free), the entire set must be returned for a full refund.
- Return shipping costs are exclusively the customer's responsibility.
- Returned packages without sender identification (name, first name, address, order number, RMA number) will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are not accepted at this time. An item will only be replaced if it is defective or damaged.
- It's requested to use a delivery service with tracking and to provide the tracking number when requesting a return.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective product, you have 7 days from the delivery date to contact our customer service. Please include a photo and the reference of the damaged item in your request.
SHIPMENTS
If you haven't received your package 30 days after shipping and tracking shows it hasn't been delivered yet, contact our customer service at hello@elnae.com for a refund or reshipment. For deliveries without a signature, we are not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier, and no refund or credit will be issued in such cases.
